Up to 7 hours in line to vote in TX and CA (Big States). I might change the phraseology in earlier pieces from “They’re going to cheat” to “They are cheating”

Former federal attorneys/MSNBC contributors Maya Wiley and Joyce White Vance reminds us that something as banal-looking as “inadequate parking” or “running out of ballots” or the long lines these voters faced are just as effective as Russian propaganda and/or various forms of electronic shenanigans in stopping Americans whom Republicans don’t want to vote from voting.

It’s about the EFFECT, which is to stop the votes of certain people from counting

One of the last voters at the TSU polling station in Houston waited over 7 hours to vote.

We just got done honoring Bloody Sunday (and celebrating Rep John Lewis’ 80th birthday).

And/but if we’re going to win, we have to care about voter suppression.

I mean – it wouldn’t be the first time I’d said this to everybody here, certainly … but I have a feeling we’re going to have to be doing a little bit of that Repeating the Obvious Because Here Are the Ramifications dance from now until November.

Why? Because they’re cheating already.

I mean – I don’t regret harassing the life out of everybody here over the ’18 Senate elections, because now I can also say “If we’d had a Democratic Senate majority during impeachment, Donald would not only have been thrown out AND those 400 bills on Moscow Mitch McTreason’s desk would actually be in committee, or reconciled – but Donald would also be ineligible for public office for the rest of his duckwalking life.
