Being lucky enough to live in the state that’s world famous for its food is a blessing. Most people that live in shitty locations can’t point out anything they’d have to attend rehab in order to leave behind, without suffering withdrawal symptoms. Yes, many of us can cook it ourselves. However, we’re able to take for granted that the thousands of “no-name” mom & pop places, & the world renowned, legendary spots will deliver an unforgettable dining experience every time. Crawfish or shrimp étouffée, a porterhouse paired with a stuffed lobster tail, Catfish Acadian, a seafood platter served on what’s labeled a plate, but is the size of a serving tray.
